Medication
The school will only accept prescribed medicines that are in-date, labelled, provided in the original container as dispensed by the pharmacist and include instructions for administration, dosage and storage. School staff will only administer prescription medication that is required four times per day and would administer the lunchtime dose only.
All medicines will be stored safely and staff will keep a record of all medicines administered to individual children.
The school will not administer medicines without the completed form below returned to the office. Please ensure all medication is handed into the office.
