On Monday, Year 6 took the bus to Coulsdon to visit the South London Sanatan Mandir Centre. Year 6 listened to the Mandir’s Priest: Nabhi, as he explained special Hindu deities, teachings and celebrations. Year 6 also learned about the importance of meditation and yoga in Hinduism and even had a go at some yoga when we returned to school in the afternoon.
