On Friday, we had the launch of our updated library, The Reading Retreat, which was masterminded by Jo from ABC Book Club UK. The update includes hundreds of new books for our pupils to enjoy!
Our Chair of Governors, Carla Hall, had the privilege of cutting the ribbon to declare our new reading space officially open! Parents and carers, governors and friends of our school were invited, along with our Curriculum and Learning Parliamentarians, who have lots of ideas for how the whole school can best enjoy this space. The first thing they decided was a ‘no shoes’ rule!
